For us to succeed in tele-selling your product, we need to develop
the right approach to suit your product. With this in mind we
always recommend you start with a 5 day pilot campaign.
Day One
We allocate
one day to understand your product and develop the correct techniques
to healthily promote your products unique selling points. This
normally involves an on-site meeting where we review your client
database, develop the right introduction, and learn the features
and benefits of your products and service. This ensures we sound
enthusiastic, natural, and knowledgeable to your customers.
Day Two/Three
Once our team
is comfortable with the approach, we will then allocate two full
days for contacting customers. We reach your target market and
work through the calls, logging all results and conversations.
Day Four
At this point
we would have contacted around 120 companies. We re-evaluate the
calls made and work with your team to develop a final call approach
based on our call findings.
Day
Five
We make a final
few calls with the new/final call approach to ensure it is satisfactory.
We then calculate the whole trial's findings and develop a campaign
report for you.
Next
Step
Once
the trial is complete, we then arrange a convenient time to meet
with you to review the report findings. Our results are normally
a surprisingly valuable insight for our clients which then usually
pave the way towards a long term marketing partnership.
